If no, then what wud you like to say abt those who wear revealing clothes? What is the motive behind wearing such clothes? If the concerned persons are feeling proud in disclosing their assets then they shd also be ready to protect it. One should not blame others for eyeing the assets leading to subsequent incidents.....
Even the same goes with money. If u display it then robbers are bound to get attracted towards you and u may run into the risk of being robbed...
Anyway wats ur opinion??????

I really wished you to put some thoughts before putting up this question in the way it is. By the way, Rape, whatever may be the scenario - girls' revealing clothes or whatever, is NOT ACCEPTABLE in ANY SOCIETY. That is simply inhumane and it can get no justification AT ALL. If anyone is revealing as you say, that doesnt give ANY rights to people to cause such incidents!!! As far as eyeing the assets thing goes - that cannot be controlled in any way. And if you have been keeping track of such incidents in India (esp, Delhi) such incidents have been caused not because of the reasons that you have mentioned. This happens in that sector of society where people (read women) are helpless, if not all, atleast the mojority. So, I repeat - Rape is NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE whatever may be the reasons leading to it, as you say. Cheers, Paddy.
People involved in such cases should be HANGED TILL DEATH, ELECTROCUTED, POISONED, etc straightaway.
That would set examples to others not to do something so terribly wrong. It's worse than robbery, and I would even go to the extent to say that its even worse than a murder. Its makes the life of the victim and their family miserable and for what???? nothing !!!

If not then I certainly dont have any clue about the question. Sorry that I gave too many views. Wont do that. But as far as "have any role" is concerned - that truely means "is one of the reasons?". I think tat clarifies the statement. (I am not asking abt all the causes of rape I m just asking whether this can be a reason or not?)
could be.actually there are no hard & fast rules but still it doesn't justify the traumatic experience.
